Two recipes!!!! (See the Molasses recipe at the bottom.)
How is your Asylum today? We are half way through the week! We have such an exciting day tomorrow, wish I could give more details, but ya know...SPOILERS!
So, instead lets talk food. Ever wonder about what your favorite characters would eat? My son (LB) was asking if he can read Hunger Games. I got to thinking about the different foods for each District. I ran across this one and thought it would be perfect.
I did cheat and use my bread maker! Just use the setting you would for raisin bread.

Don't keep Molasses in your cupboard, no problem!
Replace one cup of molasses with one of the following:
1 cup dark corn syrup, honey or maple syrup
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar, plus 1/4 cup water
Note: These substitutions may alter the taste of your recipe a bit. If the molasses flavor is vital to the success of your recipe, try the brown sugar substitute.
