Homemade Cooking Spray

It has been a crazy week without kids in my Asylum!  We have been texturing, painting, on the motorcycle, eating way to may calories and last night we climbed in bed at 5:30 and watched movies! We have a busy weekend ahead as well. Tomorrow is Neutrino Day in Lead and I think Stagecoach Day in Deadwood. Sunday is the Cruiser Show, where everyone in the area brings out their old vehicles and there is a parade, it's also the day we meet my in laws to get my kids back, I miss them a lot!

Today's recipe will not only save you money, but help you cut calories and all the chemicals they put into the store bought version!

Homemade Cooking Spray

by Natures Nurture

Ingredients

1 part olive oil (or your choice of oil)
5 parts water
1 misting spray bottle

Instructions

Mix in your spray bottle 1 part olive oil to 5 parts water. In my 12 ounce bottle, I poured in 2 ounces of canola oil and added 10 ounces of water. Shake well and you’re done. That’s it. Store in a cool, dark place.
