Hello and Happy Thursday! I hope this finds you all well and prayers to those that need them. I'm looking forward to some time off this weekend, woo hoo! Hope you are all enjoying the same during this beautiful summer. This smooth was with our eggs for breakfast this morning and we loved it! I probably could have run the blender longer on the cottage cheese but the flavor was amazing and I even used almond milk! Enjoy! See you next week!
Raspberry Cheescake Smoothie Recipe

A protein-rich raspberry cheesecake smoothie which has a thick consistency.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup skim milk
- ½ cup non-fat cottage cheese (I used Gay Lea Nordica 0%, 90 calories per ½ cup)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup raspberries (I use frozen for convenience)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients into the blender and blend on medium/high until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
