Authentic Italian Meatballs

Our Beautiful Granddaughter will be visiting the rest of her family starting this weekend so I'm not spending much time on this!  She requested spaghetti and meatballs for dinner, that's what she shall have.  This is the go to meatball recipe but I don't cook it slow in the sauce.  I like to brown them, then finish them in the oven. Authentic Italian Meatballs

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand.
  2. Use your bare hands for best results.
  3. Roll meatballs to about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Drop raw meatballs into large (I use a stock pot) pot of sauce.

  5. Simmer for about 3 hours.
