Easy Cookies-NO baking!

Today's blog is going to be quick as my Asylum is absolutely in Crazy Town!!  Company, and trying to get the last motorcycle ride in, kids are being nutters and I babysat last night!  Phew, I think today I will take a nap, or go for a walk!

These cookies are so easy and perfect for bridal or baby showers as you can color coordinate them! Or just maybe a tea party!  Yes, I am obsessed and going to the Asylum group therapy for Tea Addicts.  Shh, I had a London Fog at Starbucks today!

Colored Cookies
(I couldn't think of a better name, if you do let me know!)

Sugar wafers
white or chocolate chips
sprinkles
waxed paper

Melt the chips in the microwave or over a double boiler.  If microwave, I would add a little coconut oil to it (about a tsp per 1/2 cup).

Dip the wafers into your melted chips and place on waxed paper, immediately add your sprinkles as it will start to harden as soon as you pull it out of the chocolate.

When hardened you can display like flowers in a small vase or in a cup at each place setting.

Store in a Ziploc baggie in the fridge.

Not my picture, randomly stolen from internet!

Okay, I hate to leave you with something so short, but after the long weekend and company, oh and more company possibly coming this weekend I am short on time!  Thank you all for hanging in there with us!
