Another of my son's recipes from Home Ec.
Microwave Monkey Bread
1 Tbsp water
1/3 c brown sugar
3 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tube refrigerator biscuits (10 biscuits)
In a glass pie plate place everything EXCEPT the biscuits. Microwave until carmelly about 30-45 seconds.
Cut each biscuit into 1/4.
Place a custard cup in the center if the pie plate, making sure no caramel is under the cup. Place the pieces of dough around the cup in the caramel. (We didn't use a cup just left and open circle.
Microwave 3-3 1/2 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK! Turn over unto a plate.
