Today's recipe is simple and easy and something we ate a lot of when I was in high school. It was the big thing to bring to parties or get togethers and was easy enough for us to make we thought we were famous chefs!
As always I found it on the interwebs and you need to check out this page it's pretty cool!

Pickle Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
8 slices corned beef lunch meat (we used whatever we could find)
4 ounces cream cheese
4 medium dill pickles
Instructions:
Lay corned beef in stacks of two on a hard surface.
Spread 1 ounce of cream cheese onto each stack. Place a pickle directly in the center of each. Roll corned beef around the pickles and cut each roll into four equal parts
