It is so very easy! Take a baked potato hollow it out, add cheese and an egg. Add bacon or sausage and more cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 min or until the egg is done to your liking.
Now, ya all know I HATE EGGS! I had a protein craving and thought I'd give it a try. It is so yummy (and so easy)! My Resdents even tried a bite and loved it!
