Spicy's Christmas Ideas for your Asylum Chef!

Now it is time for my list of favorites!  Make sure you go check out Saucy's list from Monday!

Note: Spicy is an affiliate of Amazon, but feel free to shop for the best deals!  The items shown are not specifically what we have in our Asylum's, but are best sellers on Amazon.

As I said on Monday make sure you are doing your research and finding the right deal for you!  Make sure to always read the reviews on amazon or any site for that matter. Just click on the pictures below for more information!

Spicy's Christmas Ideas

One of the things I can't cook/bake without is my wooden utensils.

My hubs brought one of these home, and I thought I was going to hate it.  He was right to buy it, I love it!  For the record I believe he bought ours at Ace Hardware.

Saucy mentioned this as well and I forgot to put it on her list!  I know horrible Bestie!  I think I spaced it because I was being greedy and wanted to share it on my list!  Shhhhh don't tell Saucy Irish!  We both use our crockpots or slow cookers.  I probably use mine a lot more than I should!  I am adding this one to my wish list as it comes in RED and mine is starting to give up on me.

The last thing on my list is something that I have been living without and it is killing me!  An electric tea kettle can be used to heat water up for so many things, without having to get out a pan or heating up more water than you need.

I hope we gave you some ideas this week to help narrow down your Christmas shopping!

  2. This is going to sound ridiculous! Ready, cause it is crazy like us. First you can try wetting it and sprinkling baking soda over it, let sit and scrub with a nonmetallic pad. If needed add dish soap. OR, are you ready? Toilet bowl cleaner with 20% hydrogen chloride (HCI) works great! Now, you have to be very careful as the fumes will be harsh, so I would suggest doing this outside.
