Apple Pie Dumplings

Ugh, don't even get me started on what kind of week this has turned out to be.  Looking for a 300% increase in today compared to yesterday! He's just a quick not to go with this quick recipe.  I think you could probably use any flavored pie filling for this and it would turn out great.  I personally had a jar of spiced apples from Cracker Barrel so I used them instead of purchasing more.  They were great.  Let us know if you decide to use something different.  Take a risk!  Thanx for stopping by.  Hoping all our weekends are awesome!  See you Saturday.

Apple Pie Dumplings

This delicious dessert takes only about 4 minutes to prepare and two ingredients! It doesn't get easier than that!

Ingredients

1 (21 oz) can of Apple Pie Filling
1 roll crescent rolls
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Open crescent rolls and cut into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.

Stir Apple Pie Filling and crescent rolls together to coat the crescents with the sauce.
Pour into a 2 qt casserole dish, ensuring the crescent pieces are on top of the pie filling.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until crescents are completely cooked (baking time on this recipe may vary). Serve warm with ice cream.
