Ham and Potatoes Crockpot Supper

Yesterday the Asylum was busy! I took off my rose colored glasses and realized my kids weren't doing their chores! So, of course I was getting company that afternoon! I had to put real pants on and get to cleaning! I also knew I wouldn't want to make supper by the time the day was over. Hubs wasn't going to be home for supper so I grabbed the crockpot and opened the fridge and pantry!

First I found ham slices, so after some aluminum foil in they went.
Then I found potatoes, and before they grow into mutants I figured I better use them.
I coated them with olive oil and ground salt and pepper to taste.
Wrapped them in aluminum foil and threw them in, on top of the ham. Low for 6-8  hours.
My boys love cheesy ham, so they threw some cheese slices on top of the ham and zapped it in the microwave for a few seconds. If you like yours cheesy...You could remove the potatoes add the cheese, cover and let it melt a bit.
