Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1-1/2 cups skim milk (works fine with whatever is in your fridge)
3 TBSP canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2-1 tsp vanilla extract, to taste
1-1/2 cups skim milk (works fine with whatever is in your fridge)

1/2-1 tsp vanilla extract, to taste
Combine ingredients in a container with a cover. Shake until combined. OR use an immersion blender or traditional blender and blend until smooth. Store, covered, in the fridge and shake/stir before using.
