Getting ready for school!

Those of you that have kiddos headed back to school listen up! Those of you who like to make things and have them ready in the freezer this is right up your alley!
This is a recipe from Little House Living
Breakfast Muffins
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1lb sausage
2 t. baking powder
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/4 c. milk
Brown your sausage. While it's browning up add ingredients (cut butter in, it will be chunky). Add sausage and milk last.
Drop into muffin tins. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
These freeze great, so I will be making these next week for those 5:45 am wake up calls!
