Sorry I wasnt here Monday, but the Asylum docs recommend I become friends with my chair and a heat pad for the day. I slept off and on and visited with my Mom. My mom is here for the next month and we are very excited to have her. Just wish we could get my dad to stay longer ;)
I am always looking for recipes to teach my kids. They try, they just are not naturals. I keep hoping something will click like it did for me. The youngest likes recipes like today's. So, these are perfect to have the kids help you.
Easy PB Cookies
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 c oil
Place 1 Tablespoonful at a time and bake at 350° for 10 min.
That is easy, right?
Go gather up the kids and give it a try!
