Hello and welcome to Monday (I'm hating this Monday).
So craziness ruled my house as usual this last week. We had a clogged sewer line that runs to our septic tank. So until we could get it figured out and fixed I had to haul my laundry out to our shop. We found a free washer on a Facebook page and use it to wash the guy's work clothes. So after 5 loads I was putting the last load in and realized there was a sock in the bottom (top loader and I am 4'10") so I did a hop to reach the bottom and nailed my head on a shelf and again on the washer on the way to the floor.
So here is where you can laugh. This is the 2nd possible 3rd time (I don't know my brain is injured) I have hit my head doing laundry.
I'm fairly sure I got a concussion this time as days later I'm having headaches, eyesight issues and just want to sleep. So yeah what about you how's your Monday?
I am horrible at feeding myself when I am home alone. I tend to skip eating altogether and it is getting me off track of my weight loss goals, so I went in search of ideas and found this picture. I hope it helps you too!
