I wasn't able to plant a garden this year, but I can certainly picture what it would look like! *see picture*
We went rummaging (yard sale, garage sale) the other day and there was a family selling HUGE green bell peppers. I know I won't get them used in time and how awesome to have them this winter for fajitas!
Cut the peppers how you want or leave whole. Place on a cookie sheet or in a metal cake pan. Put them in the freezer for 2-3 hours and flash freeze them. Remove and put them in a freezer plastic bag and they are ready to go for winter!
