Hello Crazies and Happy Tuesday! I'm not a big fan of rhubarb, but my hubby loves these yummy Rhubarb bars. So I made them to please him! Dad is also a rhubarb fan so sharing was easy. Yummy Rhubarb Bars
1 Cup flour
5 Tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 Cup butter
1 1/2 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup flour
2 eggs
2 Cup rhubarb (cut)
Cut flour, powdered sugar and butter. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Meanwhile, beat eggs. Add sugar, flour and rhubarb. Mix. Pour over top of baked crust, return to oven 30-35 minutes. Cool. Cut.
