PB Frosting

So if you follow us on Facebook you may have seen this quote by Mr. Spicy.

"We know each other so well we are psychoticly connected."

He had told my youngest resident that I should be coming out of the store any second, just like that I walked out. There are many times we have done this. I'd like to think it is more soul mate than psychotic, but yeah it probably is...

So, the other night I made a white cake and didn't want the too sweet can of blue frosting. (This whole lifestyle change may be working!) I also had a peanut butter craving. (Maybr not.) So I made PB Frosting!

I would store this in the fridge after you've put it on the cake. It does contain milk.

PB Frosting
1 c PB
2/3 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBSP milk
3 TBSP  butter (room temp)

Mix with a mixer adding more milk as needed to get a spreadable consistancy. Make sure your cake has cooled completely as it will take some arm muscle to spread this. Your cake will crumble if not cooled.

I've never tried replacing the milk with water, but it could work.
