I have been on a breakfast smoothie kick lately. I am horrible about getting enough calories in, so all in one cup helps me out! I am also suppose to eat one container of yogurt a day, I don't like yogurt! (I also can't drink cow's milk, so what's a girl to do?) So I wondered if I could mix it into the smoothie. Won't know until we try, right? I think it worked wonderfully so I am sharing!
Creamsicle Smoothie
1/2 cup-3/4 cup ice
1 container citrus blend greek yogurt
1/2 cup soy milk
3 TBSP V8 mango peach (or your favorite juice)
1/2 cup-3/4 cup ice
1 container citrus blend greek yogurt
1/2 cup soy milk
3 TBSP V8 mango peach (or your favorite juice)
Put in your blender and make a smoothie!
Enjoy!
Note: I was told that the only place to get the citrus blend is Target, but I see no reason why any fruit flavored couldn't be used in its place! Blueberry would be very good with the citrus of the V8.
