Cinnamon Sugar Crisps

Today's recipe is very simple yet so very yummy!
As always I am on the search for healthier eats. When I saw several versions of these on the internet I knew I had to figure out how to reduce the calories.
The younger Residents even enjoy these as an afternoon snack.  Well, part of their after school snacks. They could eat a whole pig if I let them!  They were home last weekend for THREE days.  The only time they were nice to each other or not talking was when they had food in their mouths!  So, I gladly made these for them to much on through the weekend!

Cinnamon/Sugar Crisps
Soft Tortillas (one will make 8 wedges)
Cinnamon
Sugar
(We keep a mix of cinnamon and sugar in a old cinnamon jar, so that we can sprinkle on everything.)
Butter or Butter flavored spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the tortilla on a surface you can cut on. Spray with the butter flavored spray or coat with melted butter.  Sprinkle with your cinnamon and sugar mix. Use a pizza cutter to slice it into 8 wedges. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
NOTE:You can flip them over and repeat on the other side before cutting.  If you are into the low calorie meal planning like I am you will want to do just one side.  Each wedge will be roughly 29 calories per wedge.
