My Mother-In-Law made banana bread this week and was talking about it on Facebook. So of course my guys wanted some. Thankfully I had bananas in the freezer. So 3 loaves and 12 muffins later...
This is my favorite banana bread recipe (could be the tea part ;). No, there is no tea in the recipe it is for when you serve tea to company!
The only thing I would change in the recipe is the fat. Whenever the Mennonite Cookbook calls for fat I substitute it with half butter and half Crisco. Hasn't let me down yet!
