Monday, again?

Yep, it's Monday and I just heard thunder-again! Today's recipe is going to be like most of our summer recipes.  Short and sweet! Because who has time between fishing, motorcycle rides, family time and mowing two acres every week?

I think the fishing one is on the list for today if we can avoid the rain! We did the motorcycle ride yesterday.  I love summer but at the same time I am hoping for a job interview this month!  Wish me luck!

On to the recipe and enough about my crazy summer!

Peach topping
5 Peaches cut (the mushier the better)
1/2-1 cup Brown sugar

That's it! Now you have two ways to make it! Place some of the peaches in aluminum foil and sprinkle the brown sugar over them. Wrap tightly and throw on the grill while your steak/burger is cooking!

The other way is in a saucepan on the stove. Combine ingredients (there were so many) and put on simmer, stirring occasionally (don't let your sugar burn).  Let it cook down and make sure all the peaches are softened and the brown sugar has dissolved.

This can be used on ice cream, in oatmeal or just as it is!
